SILKE SICHART
has for many years worked for a variety of international companies as consultant, moderator and human resources developer. In 2006, she set up her own business, becoming the director of “plan a” – a network of 30 coaches, trainers and consultants. Silke currently coaches senior executives and other staff from many different branches and sectors – across Germany and internationally.
Much of Silke’s work draws on her specialist training in communication psychology, systematic counseling and brain research as well as her own experience from many years in management. Her workshops and coaching reflect the diversity of roles and perspectives that have been facets of her career as manager and team member, project leader, conflict moderator, conference speaker, trainer and colleague. Her training is all about the practical challenge of working out how to make things work!
